The facts are 1 in 3 men at some point in their lives experience some form of premature ejaculation. The root of the problem most likely stems from excessive masterbation. Due to excessive masterbation you have trained yourself to release your ejaculation as quickly as possible causing you to come within seconds.
The first step to ending premature ejaculation is to stop masterbating so much. I know masterbation is fun, but I promise longer lasting sex is MUCH better. Checkout this ejaculatory training site that I found. It gives tips on how to control your ejaculatory reflex, allowing you to hold your ejaculation as long as possible. Its really helped me alot with my premature ejaculation, and its really helped things with my GF sexually. Hope it helps you. curepremature-ejaculation .net |

QUOTE(tkyong1 @ Apr 13 2009, 10:57 PM) Hi guys, I don't think that you would need to resort to drugs in order to overcome PE problems. There are methods and steps that you can do to strengthen up the muscles that controls this. Drugs will only make u dependent totally on them and this will in result make u unable to proceed on with the assistance of drugs. Lately i have experienced PE, and it really frustrating. After some researching via internet, it seems like anti-depression drugs are effective in controlling the PE. Those drugs are Prozac (fluoxetine), Paxil (Paroxetine) etc. The internet research has no clear conclusion whether to take it daily @ 20mg or on-demand before action. I consulted my family doctor about the problem, and he prescribed me a medicine named Frisium, recommend me to take it 3 hours before intercourse, it should help. I have not tried it so not sure about the result. Does anyone have experience in this PE problem, your advice is very much appreciated. My question: based on your experience…… Q1: Does the anti-depression drug such Prozac, Paxil is really effective? Q2: Daily dosage or on-demand? Q3: What about the Frisium by my doctor, internet info is limited in this drug type? Many thanks. I believe you would have heard about the interrupt technique...in which u masturebath urself till you are in the brink of excitement then you stop. Have you realize when you try to stop, what do you do? You contract your muscle and hold them in. The very same instinct that you have to stop the urge to pee....this muscle is call the PC muscles. I am not going to go in-depth on this. do you research on how to strengthen up ur PC muscles. Your ability to hold and control this muscle helps you to control and prolong your excitement. try to resort to nature methods and techniques before you think of drugs and gambir and etc.....getting the ez way out dont help to solve the problem but it only gives a short term solution and a long term headache.
