Us guys at PESGaming.com should hopefully be getting our copies of the game over the weekend coming, if not the early part of next week.  There is an embargo on reporting about the game until the 15th of October, which we will be respecting, but after that we should be able to give you as much information as we possibly can.

I know we’ve had a lot of questions from people for further information on the editing functionality, but I’m afraid we don’t have any more information for you on the subject yet.  Once I get the full version of the game, then I will do what I can to get you the information you want before the 15th, but no guarantees on that.  Failing that, I will put up a seperate Editing Special on the main site for everyone interested.  So if you have any editing questions you’d like us to answer once we get the game, then please feel free to leave comments, or to email me at my usual address.

When we do get the game, we will be in a unique position to try the online game out finally, before the masses, and I will try to get special permission from Konami to talk about the online ability prior to the 15th.  There is undoubtedly a lot of concern over whether the online playability will be trouble-free, and we will try to put this issue to bed as soon as possible.  I know the online state of the game will be a major factor in purchasing the game, so we’ll try to help alleviate your concerns as soon as possible there.

I’d be interested in hearing from people who aren’t going to be purchasing the game on launch with their reasons for this.  Whether it’s due to past dissappointments, waiting to hear about the online side of gaming, or whatever else.

I think it could be a good time to discuss what’s holding people back, and to see if we can alleviate any of their issues prior to launch.  So please do leave comments, as I’d be very interested in seeing if we can help you out there.
