Yeah that i why i am taking out 20% of the EPF to invest on Unit Trust which offer better than the 4.5% interest.
Rather use the money to do personal investment then letting Gov burn it cool2.gif

Still can't decide whether to unload Genting, I don't think Genting will be affected much when the red army comes. Blue chips such as MBB, CIMB, MISC, Tenaga and Telekom might be jacked up to keep the CI green.

It looks like Asian Market still GOOD. rclxms.gif . if it does survive this week with a power forward, direction of the cash pool will be focusing to the asian market. Therefore, more foreign investor will be coming in big sum. hehe... might be a great news for the local klci though..
Something bothers me here due to the financial sector oversea so badly affected. may just drag the ci down with a sharp pull down.

Hi guys,
I'm back! Yesterday was on 1/2 day unpaid leave....
Thanks everyone for commenting the FSL Trust that I mentioned yesterday. Today, I saw their Q1 results!!! As promised by their Mgt, DPU is US2.45cent. So, that's turn out to be 10% div yield for Q1 alone. DPU for Q2 is also US2.45cent (div payout is 73-75%).
I welcome all comments as they will make me a better investor!!! Thanks guys!

ASB n Wawasan 2020 unit trust opening for subscription. These funds will be used to pop up the market. I think it is not necessary to panic.
