i believe they know that. b'coz they are the one who set all diff ip got fast/slow speed to diff location..

Btw, just do it... at least show them we (streamyx users) are not a noob..

We want them to change it and all IP's have same speed..

( The reason, why TM do this way is to save the bandwidth cost, Thanks to the TMnet CEO, for this stupid idea)

They capped your speed to 1.5Mbps so u can at least 90% of 1mbps.
as a result, some ppl can get >1Mbps.

there is no official free upgrade for all users. from 1Mbps to 1.5Mbps

the reason they give u FREE extra 0.5Mbps b'coz TM want to u to enjoy 100% of 1Mbps so we ( users ) will not make complain regarding slow connection in TM speedometer.
However, The bandwidth only apply for local speed..hehehe
outside m'sia we are still facing slow...

1x 4mbps
1x 1.5mbps

so he get 5mbps+

upgrade = fixing their router / gateway after being report faulty.

High latency to PCCW 220ms ( normally 50ms )

A lot of timeout in local node..

Please let me know if u got the same problem with me.
