Please kindly upgrade your international bandwidth.

We ( All Streamyx users) are suffering from bad slow international connection since long time ago.

The 150Gbps international bandwidth is insufficient to serve 1.4million streamyx users.

We ( All Streamyx users ) are very unhappy with the slow international bandwidth.

Please put this issue into top priority.

10Mbps local ( to provide TM IPTV, StreamyxUser-to-StreamyxUser), 4Mbps international, Provide FREE file hosting to streamyx user ( like RS/MU, reduce international bandwidth congestion ) for only RM160.

Well, Their International bandwidth is still insufficient.

TM, U must upgrade from 150Gbps to 350Gbps b4 launching HSI / HSBB.

once u have start launching, please upgrade to 550Gbps. smile.gif

But Company put profitability in highest priority instead of customer satisfaction.
and Financial department has tight budget allocation to TMnet or NOC.

All financial budget has been allocated and estimated since at least 1-2years ago. if they upgrade and force financial department allocate more $ on international bandwidth, there could caused bad cash flow in the organization.


These behavior always happened in Asia.

Aiya, If u are an accountant, they u might know why TM do not want to upgrade. it's one 1 person decision.
It's CEO decision, tight / limited budget allocated to NOC, Bad Leadership, Forcing in Sales and Marketing only. Profit #1 , upgrade ( cost spending ) #last !

Alamak, do not misleading others.

Base on your calculation, that is wrong. please google / learn first even that is simply and common sense

1Mbps = 1024kbps divide 8 = 128kB/s max speed
512kbps divide 8 = 64kB/s


Why some ppl paying 1Mbps package can get 180kB/s
b'coz they are miscapped or TM offer higher speed so streamyx user do not complain so much. about why only can get 70% of speed instead of 100%.

Well, Ping do not help u / show anything regarding ur streamyx connection..
unless, u show them any ping > 1000ms
or else.... ur email will be ignore. ( basically all email send to NOC will be ignore, but at least we create awareness to them )


I dont see why u want to spent 1 hour to ping and send to them...
