Dear Valued Customers,
We wish to inform our Streamyx customers that Telekom Malaysia Berhad will be performing a network upgrading exercise from 11.00 pm, Tuesday, 12th May 2009 until 6.00 am, Wednesday, 13th May 2009.
As a result, Streamyx customers in Serdang, Cheras & Taman Tun Dr Ismail may experience a disruption of service during the stipulated period. We would like to assure you that the service would resume to normal after this period.
TM apologizes for any inconvenience caused whilst the same time, we would like to assure you that we are upgrading our network to enable us to serve you better.
Customers can call TM at 100 and select “Internet Services” or e-mail us at help@tm.com.my for any Streamyx related problems.

the new notice come out again!!!!!until 31st of may they just finish upgrade????really confusing wat they doing everyday at office!!!!are they always go to minum kopi or wat else????
This is normal, TM got 1000+ routers
that is obsulately normal.
maybe someone demage the DSLAM, Router Faulty, Stolen cable, Road construction, Home construction, natural disaster.
Got problem sure normal. M'sia everyday 35'c, imagine inside the DSLAM w/o good air flow, there might be 60'C, those router goes faulty very fast due to overheat.
Btw, 1 Place got problem will effect All streamyx users. I do not know why.
