anyone of u tried replacing the dvd drive with 2nd caddy and install it with SSD on a mbp 13?

Install SSD on optibay? No.
But I did install SSD on the HDD bay and Install Seagate Hybrid drive 500GB on optibay (swap out DVD drive) on MBP13 2011

I did it before few times for my client, no issue.

But prefer put the SSD on the hdd bay.

I did not use the stock HDD. Running RAID-0 SSD, so the partition have to be re-created.

OMG, thought my mini already running great with 8GB Ram on MacOSX Lion, really poison me lah bro. 16GB with SSD sumore, I think your mini can fly also...lol. How much for the upgrade anyway?

I have installed on my own SSD on two MBP and iMac. With SSD, the system can fly. SSD rocks. The most reasonable upgrade I must say

Just the HDD bay... I need to use optical bay, DVD drive...
