@kelvin1991, the lcd problem seems not to be bother me much, so i don't want send it as i need it all the time, but i shall sent it for repair before the warranty ends

i have the similar problem, wifi detection is off.

but the phone will sometmie scan wifi connectivity by itself. i have no idea.
when u passby certain wifi spot, if will pop out, esp those places u connect it at there before.

If you stay around PJ area you can go to Sunway Pyramid NCC. I went there before for the same issue(LCD color),
and its takes only 2 hours. Their customer service not bad,
actually when I reach there quite a few ppl queuing for the same issue

erm..isn't this soft reset and shouldn't hard reset be holding green call button + red end call button + camera take picture button while switching on the phone.....

remember to backup your files to computer if you want to do hard reset.

i having this issue, but i just restart the phone itself oni.. everything back to normal

and it's the same..i can't control the phone from the remote..

i think u locked to controling thing...theres something that u nid to push to unlock it

yes,of cz every remote has a hold function to remove your control to the phone when u activate it..
but i ady deactivate the hold function!!

actually the free bluetooth is provided by nokia.
it came out in the newspaper / magazine sometime ago if i'm not mistaken..
so don get cheated when they say the seller free for you or charge you RMXX for it.

not sure if the free bluetooth comes together with the red, blue or black.. or maybe all..
someone pls confirm..

yup... quick office, can download from "download" at 5800 menu

downloaded it and it can view word files but not the powerpoint files...hmn...the file is in power point 2007 ..too new ?
any ideas?
