Finally i figure out why my in-built web browser exit it self when everytime i try to access to any link with the browser even google after visiting ncc... The technician told me is the problem with the memory card, should be some software corrupted because the browser work fine after the memory card removed.. and he ask me to reformat the memory card should be can fix the problem..

So, he send me all the default folder and files of tube memory card.. after reformating can juz copy n paste the files in the memory card. I will try to upload it tomoro. Its useful when reformating your tube's memory card

In the same time, i complaint to them my tube casing get loose after they replacing my tube lcd because last time my tube having a bright pixel.. They replace a new casing for me again..

Now i feel worth to buy ori set for tube

@ysksky actually ther's 2 reason why the in-built browser exit itself, 1st problem might caused by the memory card as mentioned by the tecchnician, another posibility is that u're accessing intensive heavy loaded website such as metacafe, it will auto shutdown due to insufficient memory to load the page...

My tube back to normal already..this afternoon i sent to Melaka NCC..they only change LCD module...now no LCD problem..who said they change new LCD...i saw in their work sheet...LCD module only...they done good job..only 20 minutes...2 batang rokok time...

erm, as this thread moving fast, maybe this question has been asked before, its about my 5800 screen, after i upgraded my firmware to v20 from v11, it seems that the screen will goes to weird color for a while then become normal, sometimes reddish, or greenish, or even yellowish, anyone?

Same with my problem before...

before? how about now? any solutions?

Before ok...then after update my firmware the problem came...nearly 2 month using tube with misery....today i sent to NCC and they replace LCD module..all the problem gone...now back to normal..

Quite obvious it's caused by firmware. Just wait v21 come to Malaysia & see how it goes.
If u can't wait, send your tube to NCC, maybe they might replace your LCD to new one. (Correct me if I'm wrong)

dude... 2 months ??!?! how can you endure that for so long .... Best and fastest solution is straight go to NCC and check and fix. (correct me if i'm wrong )

I haven't face that kind of problem after upgrade from v11 to v20.

Not new LCD they change...module only...

Because of tooo bz to sent to NCC..i'm using this method while tube problem...

my tube got some min prob today..why my wifi icon always appear(connect)..trying restart 5-6 time but still got that icon...already used killme apps...but still dont know what prob..process background//

Dont blame me....i only saw they write LCD module in their job sheet..i have 1 copy they give to me...

Check in your Connectivity setting, see the Wlan option is it off or not.

didn't mock...just wasn't 100% confirmed that the problem is caused by hardware.

if got problem then go to NCC and check and fix the problem...why suffer ??
it's worth the wait for NCC fixing it.

Firmware v21.0.025 seems to be pulled off for update. I think this firmware doesn't completely ready to be released. Woohoo.... I already installed it.
