the weather report is always not so accurate on the snow.. from what i saw.. Haha.

JAL can't really do budget airline, as i know their domestic flight more expensive than international flight, because of their high living cost. They want to attract more tourist to Japan, so international line will be cheaper but adjust the domestic flight to higher price to control their profit/loss.

Added on January 13, 2010, 9:36 amI just back from Sapporo, I thought the weather really that bad but actually not so bad, it was a nice view to see the snow dropping and the weather maintain between 2c to -5c. It was really an amazing trip, I'll visit again.

JAL actually has a budget airline arm called JAL Express. The problem is that it covers very little route. In terms of local budget airline, you'll be looking at Skymark or AirDo but even they also do not cover all local routes.

The sun is out in full force here in Tokyo after the light rain and I think any chance of snow (at least for my part of Tokyo) is all gone. hahaha...

Where got one..already 2C degree yesterday...IF snow bro...the whole Tokyo will kecoh one...includin me huahahaha!
Next month to Kairuzawa snow trip hehehe!

I just back from the Tour of Hokkaido, 7 days 5 nights too. It was a wonderful places.

My family and I are going to Japan mainland, Hokkaido and Japan mainland which one is better ? Anyone got experience going to these two places ? CANT wait to visit Japan, Why can't sakura just come next week, then can go almost immediately kekeke ...

How is Japan, Tokyo/Kyoto/ Osaka compared to Singapore .

Being to Sing a few times and Im not particularly excited about the city except their cleanliness and their Taxi drivers. KL (hometown) still da best for shopping with RM and also for food.

Sorry, want to know if Japan will be a worthwhile trip. I will spend alot of $$$ on the whole trip for my family..... Ayaaa... Wallet one big hole...

Japan , Singapore , HK all same class la...all high Rise Building + Shopping...all walking phase so fast..talking so fast...eating so fast.....no diffrent.

Unless you wnat go somehwere palce got high moutain...got very fresh air...got alot nice view country then go Inner China such as Guiling...then is another of story another of view

I have been to China a few times ( Yangtze 3 gorges cruise (many mounts) , Chongqing, Xiamen, Guanzhou, suzhou, etc) and want a "new taste" from another country ....

If you want fresh air, fresh foods, natural scene, definitely Hokkaido. Singapore can't really compare to Japan, Japan considered as a very developed country like USA. Japan govt take care of their ppl, places, and so on on every single section that many developed countries can't really follow their steps.

My tour to Hokkaido was Apple company too, the tour guide called Kenro was quite good in his experience to take care for the whole trip.

Very Depending.....Those Dun like Raw stuff and likes Curry alot alot or dun like fish...go japan is hard life...sure won't enjoy....like my mother she dun like raw thing and she like Curry alot alot ( Malaysia Style) SHe keep complaint japan curry is like baby food...lansung no pedas ..is so sissy the curry...totaly failure. My One of the Firend go japan with me he also cannot enjoy because japan night life is too boring also....after 10pm most of shop sudah closed...not like HK or Taiwan..betul betul 24hour .....late night want find a palce like mamak stall also dun have in Tokyo...my firend laso not enjoy...LOL
