So many suggestions for P1 here and on http://twitter.com/P1canornot. Not all implemented yet by P1. I suggest we centralize all suggestions on P1 improvements and you can also add a suggestion, vote and/or comment on existing suggestions. Using Google Moderator, we've started the ball rolling. Go http://moderator.appspot.com/#15/e=9d7a9&t=9a0fe to begin voting and posting your own suggestions which others can then vote too. All you need is your gmail id to begin.

Hopefully, with this voting system, P1 will be motivated to know which suggestions have the highest priority

I share the same as everyone else over here. This is my 3rd month going into P1 and I've only enjoyed the speed that I've paid for for the first 1.5 weeks of subscription (RM200/month 2.4 pkg) . The last 10.5 weeks, i can hardly browse or download any files at a decent rate.

I've since opened at least
- 4 support tickets,
- had a tech come readjust the modem but failed to make any impact
- sent quite a few speedtest screen shots.
Nothing has changed and they've always closed the tickets without my permission and marking them 'solved'. The only time I can get decent 'speed' is during the hours of 5-6am for about 1 hour. Other than that, its pathetic and pages take time to load.

I'm a technical guy who knows quite a bit about how networking works so I've already done quite a bit of trouble shooting on this issue on my own. Look at my screenshot of my connection to the tower in Sri Hartamas.

Technical Support claims to keep 'escalating' my case but it is the same thing every single time: I get a call from a level 1 support asking me: "Do you still have connection? Can I close the case?"
- Which part of "MY DOWNLOAD SPEED IS HORRIBLE" do they not comprehend?

1. STAY AWAY from P1 if you want to avoid the headache
2. Speed and stability is a HUGE issue for the price you are paying. Might as well go with another provider.
3. The support is horrible - they do not troubleshoot. They only read from scripts.

Haih... Why there is no better broadband in my area? Call p1 careline >9000 time also say the same, need to clear cache la cookie la reset startup items la.... haihh

i have question about this desc. since im newbie to p1, how do i read this? what's RSSI, CINR, TX power for? do i need to know bout this?
really appreciate if anyone could explain it.

RSSI:    -43.42dBm
CINR:  32.80/31.88(R3/R1)dB
TX power: -9

so far no problem with connection.

this my speed for today. hope it can long lasting..hehehe
actually im not inp1 coverage which bandar sri permaisuri. 

my one special case..house is outside their coverage..but i can get the service but damn slow..

so they allow me to terminate without any charge...

So actually the lower the RSSI the better?

Thanks for the info. But where do i check my RSSI, so that i can position my DS 230 modem better for faster streaming?

It's really depends on your area traffic, even i used whole day just moving around the modem and get the best performance. But in the end, when the peak hours strike on the time. I can't have a smooth ride on my streaming videos

Anyway my specs, CINR = 28 , RSSI = -47, Tx power = -5

Was just reading through the terms and conditions and apparently it is 15 days. Is this correct?
I can't find their SSG policy anywhere though.

seeing ur upload speed really envy me..any particular way to get those speed? im stuck at 40-60kBps dload while im subscibing to 1.2mbps package..i should get at least 160-170kBps of dload speed...
