Haven't migrated to HYC yet. Applied for it last thursday. Today is the 5th day i guess.

i tried calling, the lady voice told me i have to go to hotlink shop to register my sim card.

but i thought during registration for this simcard it's been done ady wan

was registed at the hotlink shop at my uni place since last monday..
till now still haven't migrate into HYC...
dun knw what happened between the shop and the hotlink there...
and surprisingly, the maxis line at my hostel here suddenly became full bar..
last time when talking on phone, sometimes will drop and blur/no voice from other party..that time only about 2-3 bar out of 4
haha...

how to apply for this plan.?

yes is sim card.
is my partner sim card, the sim card is register under her name, i help her register by taking her ID card.

hey guys from hotlink plan website right i saw below all 3 plans it put 25 cents/min after first minute does it include HYC?

Few questions I just ported to Hotlink prepaid:

Can i register this at maxis or only the participating outlets?
I can apply for this as long as I'm a Uni Student right or only selected Unis?

The website explains it too badly...
Oh btw, i think i got a normal Sim card which does not support 3G, will i be charged anything to get a 3g Sim? x.x

maxis will charged u for 3g sim card......
btw if ur sim card is 64k and above it is 3g support oledi. dun worry bro.

for HYC u only can register at participating outlet which u can check from HYC website
and only current student from selected uni can apply.......

Just got my new HYC but will switch to it once my UOX credit is finish. Anyone knows if the 4 years credit validity starts from when? The day I registered & bought it or the day I put it in my phone and starts making call (new SIM pack)? As I might only starts to use it few months later

So the selected uni's are the names of the Uni's in the participating dealers page?

You can check on Maxis' website whether 3G in Sibu area is covered or not.

Free 3G ? I never heard bout it before are you kidding? Internet rate on handphones is expensive, and with 3G speed you will end up paying more.

use the customer service, they help.and then, i doubt sibu do have maxis 3g..celcom 3g i believe.
