my uni today got sell the youth simpack. but only for new number.. i don1 la.. i wan my old number.. but there say not such thing wor.. only celcom 1 . can change to tis plan~~

cougar richard, the sepcial rate is only applicable to those who are the members of youth hotlink club..Let say the call in from Digi, Celcom or bla bla bla operator...their charges will be based according to their current operator unless they are also having special rate like using UOX or any other special rate promotions..
