sound like latest batch 7750BE oni able to walk around 3.0-3.1GHz is pretty clock..

u try ur best on getting 3.2GHz lor..
lowering the vCORE instead of 1.5v;
now mayb u try with 1.4-1.45v, for easy OC process mayb can use AOD
i suggest try with setting multi x15, and htt 210 = 3150MHz, thn u up the htt step by step
and 1 more is u can always try with diff stressing software, may dun only useing orthos, still can use prime or OCCT.. nod.gif

Haizz since i cant get to 4.0 now im reallly got poison for D

htt x multi = cpu speed

200 x 13.5 = 2700
214 x 15 = 3210
