My Mac specs:
Mac Mini (Late 2009),
Intel Core 2 Duo 2.26 GHz,
RAM 2GB - self upgraded to 8GB 1333MHz DDR3 (surprised that it actually supports 8GB)
Geforce 9400M graphics (shared memory 256MB)
Stock HDD 160GB
Snow Leopard (Stock OS)
1. Did a clean install of Mountain Lion using USB stick.
2. Started Boot Camp Assistant:
*Checked Windows support software box -> proceeded to download Windows drivers but
stuck at ~20% for a long time. So, restarted Boot Camp Assistant, unchecked driver download, proceeded to partition and install Windows 7 Ultimate (32bit) (25GB partition).
3. Windows 7 installation completed. Booted into Windows -> all devices
not recognized due to lack of drivers. The diamond-shaped grey Boot Camp icon is also missing from the right side of taskbar

Ugly large fonts, no sound, etc, etc.
4. Googled and found all boot camp drivers at
http://support.apple.com/downloads/#bootcamp. Downloaded Bootcamp 3.2. Unfortunately, it is
not possible to install Bootcamp 3.2 straight away onto the fresh copy of Windows 7.
Upon trying, one is greeted with a prompt asking for Bootcamp 3.1.
Installing Bootcamp 3.1 requires 3.0.
*But 3.0 is found
only in the Snow Leopard OSX Install DVD
Every other version of Bootcamp can be found here
but not 3.0
5. So, popped in my Snow Leopard OSX Install DVD. Explored to Boot Camp folder, ran the setup.exe file. Nvidia drivers installed, then nothing happened for ~10minutes, suddenly a window popped up saying all drivers have been installed and to restart Windows. Voila! Welcomed into Windows by the familiar startup tune and the display is once again sharp, pristine.
The Boot Camp icon is also visible on the taskbar, it read
Bootcamp 3.0Proceeded to update to Bootcamp 3.1, then 3.2
6. Anyways, there is a black screen with a blinking cursor on the top left corner lasting ~30 seconds before booting into Windows 7. Normal I guess. Currently running Windows 7 without a hitch.

Added on August 20, 2012, 10:36 pmPreviously played Final Fantasy X (using PCSX2) on my Mac Mini.
Average frame rate ~15 using Parallels 5 in Snow Leopard
vs
Average frame rate ~50-60 using Windows XP in bootcamp.
So, for gaming -> go for Bootcamp.
