QUOTE(kucingfight @ Dec 13 2018, 04:06 PM) my recent, 8/12 to Bali, was not really good one. on A330, man, service was mediocre . 2 of the toilets were out of service.. oh my, they serve the same domestic food on international flight now?NO warm inviting smile to the cabin, just cold look and forced smile. Man, food was horrible, or rather below par to my standards. Nasi lemak was bland and no ikan bilis? WTF? way back, had chicken beriyani. again, underwhelming experience. thought 737-800 was the better aircraft At least Airasia serves better food, and stewardess are livelier [attachmentid=10134469] That's my usual nasi lemak when I'm flying domestic I used to have better food on my international flight with MAS seems like MAS is really cutting cost at every corners and yeah, AA's stewardess are livelier, and hotter too This post has been edited by greyshadow: Dec 14 2018, 04:17 PM |

QUOTE(greyshadow @ Dec 14 2018, 04:16 PM) oh my, they serve the same domestic food on international flight now? yeap. i got the same food for my flight to Manila and flight to Labuan. was expecting a 4 hour flight to have a bigger portion with fruits and bread and all. When i flew to Bangkok on Thai Airways on their 777 there were so much to choose from and free flow beer as well even for a 2 hour ++ flight. That's my usual nasi lemak when I'm flying domestic I used to have better food on my international flight with MAS seems like MAS is really cutting cost at every corners and yeah, AA's stewardess are livelier, and hotter too |

Anyone know where to check if my flight is upgradeable with enrich miles, and how many miles required?
I know some will ask me to call enrich, but I'd like to see if there is any info available before I call them, because most likely I have to wait 30mins or more before I get to speak to one of their customer service. |

For upgrade from economy class to business class for North Asia region, it will take 40k-60k miles. Just WOW, because I can redeem a business class ticket for the same sector for 40k miles as well, to the stage I'm doubting myself whether this is in fact the case?https://www.malaysiaairlines.com/my/en/enri...a-airlines.html |

QUOTE(SKYjack @ Oct 18 2018, 08:10 AM) My 1st trip on the A380, felt it was a very technology aircraft. Passenger comfort is at a high deree! Non of Boieng aircrafts provide this level of comfort. Not tried the A350 yet, i'm sure its good, but is it as good as the A380? Sigh i wanted to try their a350 to japan but they swapped it to the a380. Even bought business but the a380's dated seats are a disappointment. It is sad A380 appears to be a comercial failure. Due to high operational cost, many airlines are getting rid of this aircraft. MAS has grounded 4 only 2 are flying. If not for Emirats, Airbus would have shut down production of A380. |

Am really keen to get on the A350! Got a London trip coming up, will definately book the A350 flight. But am also very concerned over MAS poor customer reviews! The Airline seems to be unable to resolve it's issues! To further compound bad reviews,MAB groung staff are really giving MAS a bad name since they are in MAS uniform. Thier attitude towards customers needs a complete overhaul. Many dont deserve the jobs! This post has been edited by SKYjack: Dec 21 2018, 11:51 AM |

Hi, what does it mean by 'make an offer to request an upgrade for each flight'? Recently booked a flight ticket to Melbourne. How much I have to pay for the upgrade?
