iType2Go Pro, my third (3rd) iPhone app is now available in the iTunes Store!

Here's what the app does:
iType2Go Pro puts the camera's view directly beneath the message that you are composing, giving you enough visual aid to help you avoid obstacles -- things like walking face first into a lamp post!

But wait, iType2Go Pro does more than our competitors!

It is totally different from the other type and walk apps in the sense that it's the first app of its kind to feature a landscape keyboard, something users request a million-and-one times, but was never done by anyone else.

Also, iType2Go Pro doesn't make the users type, copy, exit, open another app, paste and possibly hit the wall. iType2Go Pro integrates directly with Facebook, Twitter and the iPhone's built-in in-app email so updating Facebook/Twitter or sending an email can all be done from within the app!

Our testers and users find iType2Go useful for typing a quick message while still being able to keep an eye out on their surroundings. One testers told me that she used the app to keep an eye on the TV and another to type a message to her darling.

sorry then. i will jz stop posting here. i did not expect something this small to be so sensitive. a forum is here for people to speak their opinions and ask questions. don go flaming other people just because of other ppl voicing their concerns.

nvm. i jz keep my mouth shut or some sensitive fellas will come flame me again for the wrong choice of words.

my only advice to u - don over-rely on third party and use it as your 'RICE BOWL'. i've learnt it the hard way. good luck.

I am new kid on the iPhone application development.
But I am tight on budget to purchase a new MacBook at the moment.
I intend to try to install Mac OS X on PC Laptop with iAKTOS and iDeneb and OSXTools.

Can any master or guru share with me your experience on these?

Thanks a lot!

Hi XCool.

I think most of devs are quiet in here because we are essentially competitors. LOL!.

We cant talk about app ideas in here, surely someone will steal it. So what to talk about then?

Hey guys,

I'm looking for iPhone game programmers and artists. Are there any here? If there are, could you kindly PM me the following details:

- What do you specialize in? (iPhone Game Programming, Art, Sound, etc.)
- How long have you been doing what you do?
- If you were hired to develop games for the iPhone, what would you expect? (In terms of the development environment, working style, pay, etc.)
- Are you a gamer? (Need not be 'hardcore' professional gamer, just so long as you have a passion for both, creating and playing games)

In a nutshell, I may end up starting my own studio, and I'd like to sample the waters by knowing what kind of talent there is in the marketplace. :-)

Regards,
Jason Brinks

Hi iPhone Ninjas!

I'm looking for partner (or freelancer) to start up a couple iPhone projects.

A bit about myself, I'm a recent grad from the valley who has been working for another web start-up with a liking for Malaysia (Penang to be precise~). There are several applications I want to develop and have been looking for good developer to partner with.

The first application will be a 2.5-month full-time project. Both freelancers and partners are welcome, but the requirements will differ.

1. Freelancer

Should be quite straightforward, let me know your monthly-rate, and whether you possess the following things:

- substantial rich internet application development experience in PHP and/or ruby, pylon.
- iPhone app development experience with showcase of your own applications.
- good code practice

2. Partner

It's a definite advantage advantage if you have some experience with iPhone app development. But more importantly, I'm looking for the following quality:

- substantial rich internet application development experience and demonstrate high familiarity with advanced frameworks such as ruby and pylon.
- fast learner who can pick up new languages easily.
- passion for web and mobile application development and aspire to launch the next big app.
- personal integrity, honest & committed.
- creative problem solver.

Students who are still in school but fit the description are also welcome. Offer will be mix of cash and shares, and subject to further discussion. At minimal, I can offer market rates for the first 2 months.

In your message, please name a couple web/mobile applications you like the most and explain why. Looking forward to your response!

Thanks!
Dan

It would be very convenient for us to get the latest update in lowyat.net rather then browse it via iPhone Safari...

Just...wondering...

Brilliant idea. It is really hard to browse LYN.net through the iPhone sometimes to get updates.

I actually got some bits and pieces of code that displays the forum in a native app, but haven't had the chance to do much more 'cause of time constraints

w3t3nnu3ndo,

Not much really. Nowadays the app store is so crowded that it takes so much work just to market it. Even if you got real good app, without marketing, u'd prbably getting 0-1 sales per day, unless it is free.
