MBP 15" hav i7 but MBP 17" doesn't hav..
but if u wan 17" with i7 u need to upgrade with additional RM653
anf of coz.. 17" resolution is much better than 15"
but u must think about the weight..
for normally use for travel 15" shld b better..
17" hm...... quite heavy @@
*
Yea. that's the reason I have no budget for buying macbook biggrin.gif
Hmm.. I dont think weight is a problem to me.
the weight of 17" almost 3kg right?

Maybe you can go to the apple retailers shop there and get a feel and look at the real thing before deciding either 15" or 17" that way you can make better judgement =D

Since weight is not a problem then go ahead for 17" and upgrade it to core i7... You will love the screen =D

Ok thx smile.gif

I more on multitasking on my music editing and recording.

Not necessary to add the 8GB now unless you use alot of those memory hungry applications while doing alot of multitasking.. If multitasking on those lower memory consumption 4GB is more than enough...

Yea should add the ACPP later.. But do put a reminder at the almost end of the year to buy it.. Most ppl ended up forgotten and thus have to pay whole load of cash for servicing etc... =D
*
Oh ok. according to my friend, he using MBP with 4Gb ram.
he wanted to upgrade to 8GB ram and Mac store charge him almost 2k++ shocking.gif
I think I just upgrade for future use biggrin.gif
btw, does mac support windows 64bit?

If im not mistaken yea.. they do support windows 64bit.. Im planning to do a dual boot with my windows 7 64 bit OS =D

RAM upgrades are very expensive... So if you dont think you will utilize it all, dont upgrade them =D
*
Same. I planning to install boot camp after I get my MBP biggrin.gif
Hmmm.. u make me need reconsider again sad.gif
