Guys,
anyone had the famous crack on the stylus area? Send for repair to Maxicomm and a few days later the service centre called and they ask me to pay for the repair. I refuse to pay as it is a well known fact all over the world about the crack case. Then he asked me to call Sony Ericsson Malaysia service centre to complain. Apparently they have actually perform a test on 16 batch of users and after sometimes the concluded that the phone in Malaysia is perfect . I told them I once worked in manufacturing line and there are no such thing as perfect manufacturing. They also told me that I went to a website that showing cons of X1 phone and I told them I did not, I like the phone only i am infortunate to receive a batch that cracks after some time . FYI I bought it when they launch it in One Utama
After some argument the person ask to wait until he review the picture of the crack. Today I got a call from Sony Service centre. They did not want to repair the crack coz no one in Malaysia complain it yet. They ask me to pay around RM130 to repair it... I refuse to
so.. please all X1 owner in Malaysia, lets start the ball rolling and complain to the SE if you have the crack case. Once a number of people complain.. they we can get the replacement for free. Just fed up why Sony Ericsson Malaysia so arrogant
