Cannot leh, I'm using *ehem* version, so you understand lah. 

The problem with Jack's ROM full is that it uses too much RAM, at least on my phone. Most of the time it stretches out to 150/200 M which means 75% usage.

That's insane! 

Maybe I should try TouchX instead. Version 9 is confirmed stable right?

Anybody having trouble with Jack 3.4 Full and the newest radio recommended by Jack?

I'm using DiGi and I can't get my EDGE to work, Data Connection is not available because it is not set up. I tried to set up using SMS but it just won't reply me after saying 'Send Y to receive internet settings'

so which will beter now everyone can give me some idea hehe...^^ any good software can intro to me i will find myself too dont worry...here cant chat that ahem ahem hehe Xp

What will happen to X1 if we flash stock SPL before revert back to stock ROM?

Different people different taste lol. I prefer custom ROMs not mainly because of TF3D which we can still install in original ROM. The main thing I like about it is that it is much faster and smoother than original ROMs.

Flash my XPERIA for third time. This time I'm using Jack 3.4 Full. Before that I was using Touch-IT v10 but didn't really satisfied with the performance. I don't know why but I'm feeling it is slower than Touch-IT v9. Maybe it just me.

Btw. I can't hardreset my XPERIA using the method on the second post in the first page. I've been trying the method several times but to no avail. After spending some time searching in XDA forum, I'd found another way to hardreset the phone.

1. Turn off the phone completely.
2. Press and hold both silver buttons below the screen.
3. Boot up the phone by pressing the power button.
4. Read the instruction on the screen.
5. Press 'r' on the keyboard to reset the phone or 'x' (if I'm not mistaken) to cancel. Btw. don't even bother to look for keyboard on the screen. It doesn't exist. You have to slide the keyboard and hit the 'r' key  (or 'x' to cancel).
6. That's it. Your phone will be restored to factory default.

Plus lar, this statistics is only for offices, for business purpose. This is the Blackberry or Windows Mobile's league. The sole reason why Apple managed have high profits amid this global economy crisis is because their iPhones are selling like hot cakes among casual users while Microsoft is having a hard time trying to cope up with their loses.

You've got to admit, iPhone is made for casual users more than serious business. Thus, around 20% of the offices using iPhone is considered a very big victory for Apple.

I've tried the iPhone before and I know why everybody likes it. It's a no brainer, an aunty with little knowledge can use it with ease. This is its highest selling point for casual users.

You can't really say they do not have brains... 

I mean, not all people are tech savvy and many of them just want something to work fast and simple.

Have you tried closing all applications and see how much RAM is using? Can do it for me pweaseeee? 

I used Jack 3.4 b4..got some issues/bugs that im really not satisfied with.i flashed to WC's rom..its quite nice n smooth for WM6.5.but i really lyk touchflo,so i flashed to Touch X 10.1..surprisingly,i find it to be better(in terms of  stability) than Jack's..so ill be sticking to it for quite some time.even tho d blue theme is not to my liking,but ill get used to it..

as for the ringtone issue, u can copy them and place into the My Music folder in your phone's memory... then after that u can select the tone that you wan already.... else, if u wan set ringtone for call in, just tick on the mp3 file which u wan, and it will come out a drop down list and select set it as Ring tone, something like that....

Try putting the files in your storage card My Documents folder. Create the folder if it doesn't exist.

Weird, my Jack's 3.4 once soft reset is about 120MB. Open a few tabs, 140MB-160MB and stays there.

Sheesh, takes up so much RAM. Maybe I should try Touch X one of these days...
If you say Iphone 3G S is USD99 only, means Malaysia Ringgit less than RM400 you know...
If this is the case I will grab it once it is in market leh...

If USD199 = RM2k+, then USD99 which is half of USD199 will only be RM1k+

And once 3G S comes, 3G will be even cheaper... iPhone will be darn cheap then!
