i just got my 2nd hand Xperia 2days ago with XPERIA X1 Generic UK R3AA010 Software Update
i realize my xperia no so smooth in video recording and video call. so lagging. is it normal or my rom make it be like this? |

It's normal for lags in Stock ROM.
Go google for XDA developers, learn from there how to flash to a new custoim ROM. |

To all Xperia experts...i really2 need ur help...i tried to flash my ROM using this ROM ===> http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=524043
first i need to run CustomRUU.exe after that followed by instructions right...after my fon reboot and turn the screen into 4 colors, then the progress bar appear right...at this point, an error message came out from my desktop says that connection problem and it asked me to check whether the cable are connect to fon and pc or not...everything is connect...i guess because the fon reboot and ActiveSync also disconnect...is it right? please help me... |

You are flashing rom or hard spl? if u are flashing rom, i think flashing using microSD method is easier as i only used that method before.  http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=445662 and u can find a tutorial video in xda-developers forum which step by step guiding for hard spl and flashing using microsd method.
