Will you buy it if:

a) morning sun (unit number 3 got afternoon sun)
b) spectacular city view
c) small penang bridge view at kitchen
d) 11th floor (so less noisy)
e) in front balcony got low cost flat. So higher is better

Kopitiam is more people there to comment. While I do it here to get comment from expert. I think some expert don't go kopitiam.

This place is hot. Opposite USM. Behind KFC. Walking distance to Tesco, McD, and pasar Malam.

actually numbers don't play that big a role in fengshui or even astrology, that's why you see some chinese house now got no 44 but they put a twist and make it "shi shi ru yi"...sounds super right?

In fact I get to know Malay like number 4. It is good luck number for them.
