@charge
i might be able to help u on the ride-it camshaft as my friend gonna back to his hometown at johor and he said he might be able to grab a few good racing parts there...

@chongkitaz
yeah, thinking of changing my clutch plate too, but for now need to settle for my current mod 1st. wait untill my bike can push to max, then will be thinking about other mod 1st.

installing racing cdi is good if u are using ur bike for tackling corners and sprint test but for long distance/convoy not recommended coz according to my foreman it got something to do with high spark to ur engine combustion etc...my friend only using racing exhaust and cdi for testing or racing purpose. most of the time, he is using stock exhaust and cdi....

yeah, the price calculated was for parts only. u forgot to mention other cost such as EO, racing gasket, coolant, and labour cost. the most important is to find a good foreman who actually know what is he doing since the best part is while tuning and setting the bike which is very critical.

add on:
today able to lay my hand on suzuki belang 150. quite a good bike. didn't test full potential since it is a new shop bike lor...hehe...but i dont like the feeling while sitting on the bike, quite weird...dunno why....tongue.gif

@raining zero, if my motor is fully stock...
can straight install cam??
and still need to install anytg else to work with cam?
if no need then can let me know the price for the cam?
ex5 1...
*
installing racing cam alone still need to adjust teppet (dunno how to spell tongue.gif). consult with ur local foreman, since the procedure not too difficult for installing camshaft alone... smile.gif choose between lowcam or highcam. low cam good for at higher rpm while high cam vise versa.

@charge
haiya...u made me wanna grab a racing cdi too la, got a friend wanna let off his brt which is same like yours...tongue.gif

here got one new exhaust really hot among lc user. Yoshimura exhaust which is looks like stock exhaust. the sounds really good, better than NOB1 sss and the best thing is the price only rm90 and the rear part can be take off by unscrewing the screw and can put fiber to adjust its sound...i guess it is not ori yoshimura but who care as long as it have good performance and nice sounds....laugh.gif gonna test it this week, will post the performance here..

Yoshimurah
I have tried. AHM performance sux and it is fooking loud
*
laugh.gif
AHM pipe can only shine with bigger bore...my friend tested b4 with stock lc, cannot increase either acceleration or top.
the manifold too big for stock block. not enough pressure in the engine since the air too lepas~laugh.gif

comparing the YoshimuraH and NOB1 SSS..which is better~?

Will test this yoshimurah this week....can't wait... smile.gif

those carb IINM tested by charge, u can ask him about these carb...

anyway, yesterday downgrading my carb. using back rejet stock carb. enough playing with racing carb...tongue.gif

and already tested Yoshimurah exhaust. 1st impression, i am impressed with the sound produced. better and nicer than NOB1 SSS...tested this on my friends bike, so can't review the improvement on the performance.

and last few days, i went to bike shop looking for racing cam for my friend. found 1 shop selling NOB1 SSS for rm380~!!! shocking.gif doh.gif super pricey...doh.gif

raining0, that racing cam will affect how much on the speed ya?
and that Yoshimurah pipe got any picture?
i this katak dibawah tempurung wanna have a look lo.. notworthy.gif
*
there are 2 type of cam, lowcam or highcam. the lowcam will increase ur power on higher rpm, while the later increase the power on low-mid rpm. most shop here selling lowcam.
the exhaust looks exactly like the ori stock exhaust. it is just the rear part can be removed.

@rainingzero
bro, can u review on ur UMA 24 mm carb? how the performance n fuel consumption?
*
24mm recommended for those who use stock block. using this for a while before changed to big bore block.
The acceleration improved a lot. i can maintain 140kph at half throttle..(can do more for those who are smaller than me laugh.gif ) Fuel consumption increased but not much, can be neglect...brows.gif

recommended to use this together with other aftermarket throttle cable. stock throttle cable for lc too long for this carb. still can be use but need to be adjusted....

QUOTE(chongkiatz @ May 6 2009, 08:53 PM)
he using 24mm carb?? i though 28mm lol......because 28mm is most recommanded carburatar for LC135....24mm for like EX5 , Wave100 , KRISS......
*
yup, 28mm is most recommended. but if paired with stock block, it will results slow throttle response. u can ask bro charge regarding this matter as he tested this b4....

QUOTE(saranjeevi @ May 6 2009, 09:47 PM)
28mm is good for LC but is it suitable for long distance? how bout fuel consumption? can use back std exhaust?
*
using 28mm carb will increase ur torque on higher rpm band, means good for long distance/sprintest. the result will be better if paired with racing cam. u can try a few brand such as ride-it, GT-racing or faito. already tried ride-it and gt racing. this two brand quite good....

is it possible for me to use std with the 28mm carb?? if cannot, wat is the suitable exhaust i should get as for my situation...  hmm.gif
*
its still ok to use it on standard block. the low throttle response initially caused by low vacuum or suction power produced by stock block. this only can be fixed by using bigger bore (57/58.5/60mm)....
using bigger manifold wont fix this prob either....
