which one?? NOB1 pipes no stock all over malaysia la bro....
At most i only saw trioval for fz150i, cost around rm500.
but last time i check got 1 last stock at this shop, silver trioval rm150 fitted in. but if cash n carry might cheaper...

SSS just sold mine at rm100 only... biggrin.gif

any Eo regardless either Full/semi synthetic or mineral, can be used up to 3000km without prob. been using mineral on my kriss, wave125, no prob so far...

as stated by are_keem, it is one point why rear disc brake a bit dangerous. but if u know how to handle it, no prob. i believe stock brake is more than enough already, my rear brake now work great enough for me to tackle windy road...nod.gif

anyway, workshop i always go got 1 set brake pump+disc+rear ride it sportsrim (same design with stock rims) + everything needed for rear brake disc cost around rm350-400 only. complete set with installation....

there are 2 option for lc, either 58.5mm or 60mm racing block. better take the later, since both price almost same....
but i am a bit worry the performance for both block for long distance ride....
regarding the topspeed, its depends on the how good the foreman tuning ur machine after block swapped. I believe the performance on mid-top rpm range for sure increased. more torque, more power. but u also need to find best sprocket setting to get the optimum performance. all these things related to get the best performance out of ur bike....

racing block will cost u rm200 + racing carb rm250 = rm450. around rm500 including EO.
Labour cost, depends on the workshop....

p/s: off topic: today i got a call by my previous company, wanna offer me a position, since 1 engineer resigned. dunno wanna accept or not since last time they retrenched me just like that....tongue.gif

anyway, the led taillamp cost around rm50 here including installation. Still in consideration wanna grab or not coz afraid my bike will looks like a lagenda lc135 wannabe if look from behind....laugh.gif

for koso digital meter, i wonder if they do come with red backlight??

IINM, that Rx1N which is cost at rm350 doesn't have backlight. what shown by extreme was rx1n all function which cost rm850...

yesterday installing 24mm Uma Racing carb into my bike. Still didn't get the best setting for mainjet. the air-fuel mixture too rich. but already done rough test on road. The result is great. i can feel the torque higher on 2nd and 3rd gear.
3rd gear can reach 120kph, while 4th gear can reach 140kph at 1/2 throttle.
i was laughing while testing it...laugh.gif
still haven't test the top speed since the best setting not yet obtain but i think the result would be around 150-160kph only since the racing carb didn't improve torque at higher rpm....
the test above was done on stock block, stock engine, stock cdi, stock exhaust, removed airbox and 15-40 sprocket (428 chain).

i forgot already what is my mainjet and needle jet setting. too many try and error and the best thing is,i am learning through it...

anyway, i knew a guy from kom135 and he does recommend me several mod on my bike. yesterday i went to his home and chat about some mod he done. his bike installed with 58.5mm block, 24mm carb and racing cam which IINM lowcam type which is done by himself. most mod on his friends bike also done by him which is the main reason why i believe he know what is he doing. during chatting session, came this indian guy to his house wanna challenge his lc135 with his fully modified RG. i guess he is involved in illegal race too...tongue.gif His bike setting was for long distance ride, which is using stock CDI and stock exhaust. Gonna test his bike this sunday as i wanna know the power of his bike and his setting. Most of bike he done was for long distance setting means it is suit for long journey or convoy. i guess he is the one i am looking for this while. he claim his bike was used to travel from shah alam to his hometown johor without any prob at all.

i guess i already know what is my present from my b'day which is my next upgrade:

-Big Bore block 58.5mm
-Racing Camshaft

installing trioval need to resetting ur carb too, need quite a skillful person to do this. last time i check Nob1 trioval cost at rm150 including installation here....

Yup, i guess it is low cam. bought this whole package. Rm400 for all items mentioned on my previous post including labour cost + tune and setting. but excluding that racing carb for sure... smile.gif

unfortunately, the cam is the last one he can get, its quite rare here too...
last nite no testing done, coz got some prob with my carb. then i feel frustrated, lepak untill 11.30 pm...doh.gif

but tested my friends bike, 58.8mm block, racing cam, 16-39 sprocket, everything else stock,

1st gear: forgot la..tongue.gif
2nd gear: 80km/h
3rd gear: 140km/h
4th gear: out meter.... smile.gif

turns out my bike working well. the prob is on the carb, silap setting...doh.gif
not fully tested my bike yet since the block still new, need some times for burn in process...smile.gif

the engine sound a bit rougher, but that was covered by my carb sound...SROOOOTTT~!! no airbox la...laugh.gif

haih~ dunno when my block will be completing the burn in process. however still manage to tapau other stock lc on the road even though i am not using the full potential of my bike...tongue.gif

tested last few days, 2nd gear up to 100kph, 3rd gear 130-140kph, 4th gear i didn't test till full throttle. my bike now can keep up with stock 125z. i am happy with my current mod...smile.gif
