I have seen this cool cardboard computer case (http://www.sustainable-computer.com), it proves the cardboard is workable, and I'm planning to reuse my mooncake box for my mini-itx (heck, hope it doesn't end up in fire burning). Have anyone use mooncake boxes as computer cases?

evolutioner,
That looks very 'prototype' like case, hehe. Your one ar? Should make more lubang on the mandarin box (so the bad air from mandarin box masuk n keluar, hehe). Both fans (8mm and PSU) need to be adjust for better air flow. Hope I'll get all the stuffs ready for my mini-itx soon. |

QUOTE(rsangel @ Oct 8 2009, 07:28 PM) yup.QUOTE(evolutioner @ Oct 8 2009, 07:47 PM) is the PSU supposed to be mounted that way?! Yes based from the Case Design the PSU mounted at the back.lol.. btw.. maybe the cooler is too lousy? my fren's E8400 on stock cooler idling at 40C notin wrong with KillerWhale. Its work like charm with Mid Tower Casing. anyway this is a shot of Bios Temp: below 40'C...totally differ from Core Temp & HW temp while in windows enviroment: here also screen shot from Easy Tuner 6 in windows enviroment also below 40'c.
