Actually, I'm not that familiar with brand. But does the brand play an important role in guitar?

Is that Craftman valued for money?

Last time when I went to The Guitar Store in Cheras, I told them I budget only RM1k plus, they recommend me Farida guitar with Smarvo amp. Then someone in Bentley recommend me Squier Classic Vibe.

So actually, is it them pushing the brand? Until now I'm still confuse which guitar I should buy...

The one recommend me Farida compare to Yamaha is because the Yamaha is branded so when you pay for RM1k of Farida brand guitar, you'll only get those feature on Yamaha, like RM1.5k. Quite true...

So should I chose branded or what?

Are there any epiphone sellers in m'sia other than Yamaha? Specifically i'm looking for the Nick Valensi signature... but they don't carry. So i'm wondering if a) they do special orders or b) there is another Epiphone distributor who does
