hi, im a newcomer here. i would like to ask if the MMU's faculty of management is recognized? if i finish a BBA course there, will i get good job prospects? cause im thinking to apply to either MMU or nilai UC. i head the nilai uc offers great business education with most of its course stressing in practical ways, rather the usual exam-based ways. so i would like to know which of these 2 will give me better business skills in today's world, and job prospects. i already ask my mum, and she say MMU. why? because MMU is recognized. but i heard MMU is more towards IT and multimedia. dilemma dilemma.. ~.~

Yes. Human Resources. Precisely I was from Malacca campus so it was Faculty of Business and Law.
Exam-based but every trimester with lots of assignments and quizzes.
Since I studied HR, so I'm in HR now, in one of the world's most renowned telco. smile.gif

hey how much are the fees for mmu from foundation in information technology and degree in information technology?
*
i would say foundation would be about 10k++ and degree would be about 32k++
this is my estimation only since i didn't take foundation and my IT degree is kind of special and a little bit more expensive.. my estimated cost is 36k..

I still don't know why people like to compare colleges, university colleges with MMU, which is a university. Its different standard.

MMU = UNI
SEGI, NILAI, and etc = mostly colleges and college University only..

To boast a bit bout MMU, the recently concluded Career Fair held in MMU Cyberjaya showed participating companies such as Shell, DHL, Dell, IBM, CIMB, HSBC, Accenture, Ernst and Young, PricewaterhouseCoopers, KPMG, T-System Malaysia, Astro, and many others. This shows the level of interest of these companies that they are willing to pay and come to hire graduates from MMU as the event was mainly catered for MMU students.

How much is the cost for Foundation in Management nowadays? If full loan PTPTN, can get how much ya?

I remember my time about RM 8k and PTPTN gave me RM 5k, that was the maximum value one could get.

I'm sure it will be different now, asking this on behalf of my cousin who has just gotten his SPM results.

if u photostat from the web, u still have to pay the money order (rm20). same as applying online, pay through postal or bank draft. but in my case, i bought the prospectus form from the education fair in klcc that time, i pay rm20, i got the prospectus form, n i just have to submit the documents that they give along with my documents, to either their campus hands-on or just post smile.gif

I just got my SPM results and I interested to study in MMU for my software engineering course. There's some question I would like to know.

1. Can I get the application form now for the next intake ( June intake )?
2. If can, can I register and hand in all my certs on the open day? how long does it take to get my offer letter?
3. I'm selected for natinal service and not planning to go. The registration date for NS is 27march. Do I need to finish NS first or just skip it as in I need to start my study at June?

Anyone can give me opinions and advice? thanks in alot!

Now for Foundation only long trimesters. 1 year = 3 long trimesters = shorter holidays.
Since it is your future, you should know what is the best for you.
I have already advised you enough on other stuffs. I'm already working.
Yes, MMU really has market in the corporate world. They usually come for our career fair and grab you after you graduate.

They will send you a card telling your application has been received and will be processed.
Then when the time comes, you will receive an offer letter if you fulfill the requirement. You are off for good after that!

1. It is available through online.
2. I think you need to hand in the certs when you apply.
3. You can go for NS, NS will allow you to leave earlier. Just show them your offer letter.
