If you have followed the list, you are off for good.
Mine was complete, so didn't know the consequences if it is with incomplete documents.

I just get my STPM result recently but my result cannot meet the requirement for Bachelor of Information Technology (Hons) Security Technology course.
I just ask the staff in Falcom edu fair last saturday,
they said i need to retake the foundation.

So when i send the application form,
then stpm forecast result & MUET result shuld sent together?(since i taking foundation course)?


Another question,
are hostel is provided or even got better to stay?
any suggestion?

urm...I photostated my cocuriculum certificates,do I need to go to school office and chop the certificates?Some of my friends said since it is photostated we need to chop the certificates.....or can i just send the photostated certificates straight away?

Why sent in your forecast results when you have your actual results? Forecast results are only needed if actual results are yet to release. You still need to submit the actual results sooner or later. In your case, no way for forecast.
Since you will be taking Foundation, then SPM results will be needed and prioritised.
MUET results can be used to credit transfer later, so you do not need to retake if you have fulfilled the minimum requirement for graduation - Band 3.

Which campus? Malacca campus hostel is horrible. Avoid it by all means.
Cyberjaya campus hostel is quite good.

Yes you need. For all photostated copies, you need to get them stamped with "Certified True Copy" and signed by the authorized people. For e.g., your ex-principal in high school. He/she has the stamp.

Why you wanted to send in forecast? When you already have the actual results?
I mean in all occasions forecast is only valid before your actual releases.
Since you will be entering Foundation, forget about your STPM results. Submit your SPM results will do.

Yeah. Find other better places to stay. Ixora is good for starter, to get around with people. Not forgetting it is very near to the campus. 3 minutes walk and you will reach MMU.

rite now, i only have leaving school cert,spm result, 2 lengchai passport size photograph that have my name n applicant reference number at the back with and photocopy of IC .~all the document has been certified by school~

and i think im gonna go to mmu open day with my family this week, can i just hand over the document like that?? and i buy the postal money already~

I remembered I used bank in slip.

Then just send other documents first.
The cocu cert doesn't really carry heavy weightage. If it is really needed, they will ask from you. The most important thing is your results, I.C. and other stuffs.

I believe the dean of your faculty or your counselor or someone in an executive position will be qualified to certify the documents. Refer to your college office to enquire who has the authority to do so. They will be able to guide you.
