Just accepted yesterday (check online), but haven't received any letter yet. MMU say it's on the way, I wonder if it'll make it on time. Register is next Wednesday, but I don't know what I need to prepare. sigh~

Edit: Just got the letter today. Now I have a question myself. The letter say I need to submit the confirmation letter etc by 8th Jan. Since it's already past the date, is it better for me to submit it on Monday (arrive on Tuesday) or just bring all the documents on registration day (Wednesday)?
*
see you on wednesday. dun forget to say HI. and just bring ur documents on wed.. u pay the money ad?

UPM stands for Universiti Putra Malaysia. The former is IPTS and the latter is IPTA.

when ptptn is open?
*
ptptn open wad? Actually now ptptn and mmu will coordinate with each other. MMU will charge students only in long sem based on credit hours. so, short sem will not need to pay to mmu. And PTPTN now come up with a system. They will bank in to students and in few seconds, the money from students account will pay the fees to mmu automatically. get it? haha. Means students no need to even do the cimb clicks... all auto...

Lol, this has been going on but in a different way then what I think you are saying. Instead of banking into our CIMB account the full amount, they bank a portion in to our CIMB account and the rest into tuition fees in our MMU account, so we don't have to pay to MMU. At least that is what friends been telling me. Cause I can't remember when was the last time I paid for tuition fees d icon_rolleyes.gif  icon_rolleyes.gif  icon_rolleyes.gif .

Is this what you meant?
*
nope, they will bank in to ur account. the whole amount of money. For example, if u have full loan, the money will bank in RM8000 to ur account. Then automatically, the bank will transfer for example (rm2500) to mmu (based on financial kiosk). Its all auto and the balance of the money stays in the account. So, students does not need to do any transaction. Currently, PTPTN bank in to the student and MMU account.

But next time, no more. its fully to the students account and based on financial kiosk. the money will straight to MMU.

Oh, like dat hah. Good also la like that. But does that means someone is directing our account to do something, so I guess that means they would need our authorization, so is MMU going to ask students to sign something?

Ei, wanna ask, if there are balance in MMU account, how to get it back r?
Hehe, still remember when I first came in MMU, excited, wish you good luck and get all the good lecturers and handsome & pretty girls wub.gif  wub.gif  wub.gif
*
about that part is still pending. Maybe dun even need anything. As soon as the bank sees ptptn bank in to the student (autopayment). The bank will then tally with the uni and send the funds there straight.

balance can get back after graduate. Take around 1 month. usually bank in to students.

These week also too many activities from Chinese Language Society and Japanese Language. Need to be here and there. And more busy week up ahead. Really do not have much time though to go online. As mentioned, if got emergency case or etc, let me know at 016-6588220.

Don't worry, you are from FOM, so you will still be mainly be regarded as a management student, unless you take FCM, then they will expect more from you. So you don't really have to be very good, if you can draw a few stick man, that should do, haha. Just kidding la, actually like I said, they will spoon feed you and it won't really be that hard.

3.00 is ok la, 3.67 is very hard la. Haha. Different people have different learning style, I can't read a book for more than 30 mins, I will practically fall asleep, than my GF will kick me up. So all I do is listen and understand during lectures, if you don't understand, ask! Many people still have those Asian attitude, if ask then you will be label (a** kisser, stupid, annoying, etc etc) Don't care, and just ask, I ask, but I still have plenty of friends, so there are no down sides, those who dislike you because of your attitude in class, they are the ones who have problems that needs to be address and not you.

Hehe, pardon me for my 'ah ma' lecture. doh.gif

@Whos Your Daddy: You suppose need the basic skills, but even if you can't don't worry, during the first year, they will be teaching lots of fundamental skills to you, just do more exercise than you should be flying in no time.
*
Yea, its not impossible to maintain second class upper. Most of the time, what I do is really focus in lecture if the subject is hard. Else, I will skip that class and do self study. That's my style and most lecturers that has been teaching me, do know this too. I do not expect anyone to follow this. This is purely my method of study. Every subject has its style of learning. Its like going to KL. There are so many routes and ways to go. So, which one suits you best? Like if for maths, if use reading method, surely can manage only to pass the subject (at least) but unable to score. To score, you really need to do exercise.
