U need toric lens because of high astigmatism. Thanks QUOTE(wendycme88 @ Dec 26 2011, 09:36 AM) I am interested in the colour contact lenses... Best is get a daily lens for sport purposes. Even if its drop or soak with sweat, u just dispose of it and still have plenty of instant replacement. Thanks

im currently using bioclear sauflon toric lens. my problem is, it gets dry fast. usually comfortable wear, only 12 hrs max. sometimes, even if I start using at 5pm, by 11pm I will start to feel 'dryness'.
another thing, I play in rugby tournaments once in a while, in my previous 3 tournaments, one of my lens dropped off.. any idea why?
if I wanna buy 2 boxes (left & right eye) 'bioclear sauflon toric lens', what is your price? and how long is shipping or COD?
thanks!

QUOTE(zaFrOoNaLdO @ Dec 29 2011, 10:08 PM) if more nipis, then what does it imply? supposed to be more comfortable? what does it mean by 'more protein deposit'? Yes thinner lens means more comfortable, but not easy to handle. Easier to break too. Protein deposit is not clean lens anymore, thus not comfortable to wear. Thanks

I have tried and love my current contact lens. I gave up once trying on a monthly lens, cant remember the name. The hassle in maintenance.
Now I use Bouch and Loumbs (if i spelled correctly) daily lens, I have a very high degree of myopia (200+) which cause the lens to be rather expensive.
But on my second wear I wore it for 16 hours straight although the last 2 hours is rather unbearable. My record for it is 20 hours straight.
I don't mean to show any record breaking figure, because I usually wear it for a run (which usually starts damn early), and sometimes I stay quite late being in outside.

Next time if u need to wear daily lens for long hours sport event, u can try trueye. If u not sure whether it suits u or not, u can get few pairs from me 1st to try at very minimum cost. Thanks

There are 101 reasons for an uncomfortable lens wear, my advice is please see an optometrist to find out the cause. A simple slit lamp test and finding ur corneal curvature will help solve most of the cases. Thanks
