still got.. it's coming from the quick access button. I suppose from the looks of it if it were to fix, they need to seal the round of the LED.. but to me its just fine.. you can see light if u tilt closely.. just like the keypad backlight leaking from the gap between the keys in other phones.

IF your priority is big screen, touch screen and internet get 5800 XM

If u prefer camera, go for n82 even better than n85. If u prefer oled technology for the display, n85 will be suitable for u. If u prefer functions and value for money phone, 5800. Confirm ! really very very very very very very very very very very very very very worth.
