FYI Black is now available in ORI, bought mine Avaxx from e_trade_pj in GIANT KELANA JAYA.. very patient his staff at the shop... fail few times on the screen protector still wanna do nicely.. wont LCLY because of sales volume they having ahahaha.. (well you get the point)

According to the sales personal.. it has significantly less stock so the price is abit higher than red and blue.. (typical handphone price "goreng").. got mine at 1350.. 1300 was for red and blue at that point of time.

It isn't right from consumer rights point of view.. but color is very important to a device.. ahahaa.. well at least to me.. just like getting some limited edition of watch or something you pay more.. oh well but this "limited edition" has an expiry date.. heck.. i just want the color and want it now thats it.. can't wait.. you see ahahaha..

They have SP included on that price.. but i'm probably getting IS.. but not using the IS front shield.. many says it has too much grip to glide with your finger or nail or anything you use to point to it.. cap ayam SP is smooth and sensitive..

I think both is fine.. competitive price.. +/- of RM10 only i think.. i choose etrade that is located in KJ cause its just oposite my opis.. etrade is the shop INSIDE GIANT not the shop around. i think they have another one in Putra Heights which is also GIANT.. just go to the nearest lar convinient mar...

still got.. it's coming from the quick access button. I suppose from the looks of it if it were to fix, they need to seal the round of the LED.. but to me its just fine.. you can see light if u tilt closely.. just like the keypad backlight leaking from the gap between the keys in other phones.

If you witness the "MULTIPLE" attempt to apply Screen protector on the BLACK then it's me... (the one on mine is the 4th attempt) LOL...

I hope i don't have that so called forumer look lar.. probably found out cause i straightaway tell the sales assistant i'm from lyn and the price they were offering...(they ask me to do so one)...

make sure you have a USB that has enough power (eg don't use front panel, use those who attached directly to motherboard) i experience difficulties trying to backup the phones and soon found out it's lack of electricity power on the front panel.

try not to touch the cable... it shouldn't be a problem since it's now USB lock.. back in N73 i keep dropping the connection every little move on the cable.. no harm giving it a try for this thou..

probably preview for non s60v5 (should be v3) they put... non touch screen since smaller icon

Or if i'm not mistaken.. handy shelll can do that.. havent try it thou

Guys, curious bout the juice up. How often you guys charge? i'm charging it at daily basis already, some 1 or 2 hours wifi and half an hour gps.. with low vibrate feed back on and 50% backlight... oh and maybe half an hour mp3 on speaker.... and it's flat by now...

it's rather large different compare to my N73 with almost the same battery 13xx.. the N fella can stay 5 or 7 days.. i know it doesnt' have wifi and vibrate every touch but the difference is abit big thou..

V20.0.012 When i got the phone.

I just turn on slide and pick all the images i like with 1 minute interval.. i got bored very fast on single background ahaha..

It is zoomed, it's featured to record wide screen 16:9.. but we dont' actually have a lense that records wide screen.. not even most digi cam have it... so what nokia did is zoom in to reach a 16:9 untill the side is filled.. and crop the top and bottom out.. Imagine using zoom in ur LCD TV too you'll get the same result..

It's cool as it's pre-crop wide screen.. but i think NOKIA should also include an option to record in normal ratio so we can switch in between..

Added on March 27, 2009, 12:15 pmOn Battery.. i think not really.. u see when i lock the pad.. after more than a minute(i've set it to 1 minutes) and on it back.. it is the same pic i hav.. so the slide doesn't process when the lock is on... actually when i'm using application more than 1 minute it doesn't change too... it only starts the interval when u actually SEE the bg pic...
I've also tried opening applications, open contacts and leave it there.. after the interval i go back to home.. it doesn't change...

if i'm not mistaken.. the INTERVAL is PAUSE when bg not visible..

On perfomance i think it will lag abit only when the pic switch.. but thats by miliseconds... compare that than having new bg pic every minute.. i can spare a few miliseconds...

Added on March 27, 2009, 3:09 pmImagine your camera video dimension... max is 640*480... but that is 4:3... to record in 16:9.. the max you can do is 640*360... so the wide screen recorder mode is cropping 60px off on both top and bottom... now becasue its' crop.. it will now fit into ur 5800... so you see like it's beeing zoom in... the zoom in is happening on the preview.. not the recording or the lens.. it's mainly just to show u the clip at it's maximum capable size...

it's easy to test if it's zoomed in or just cropping at the end recording.. just pay attention to the side of ur content. they should be the same distance from the center.. but the top and bottom has cut off some part... fix it to a possition to get the accurate result..
