hey guys,
im trying to update the firmware from v11 to v20 using the option thru PC. managed to get to the updating software screen then the tube auto off n shortly after it says that nokia software updater has lost communication to the device. is this normal? just keep on pressing retry? everytime i press retry i can see the remaining time reduced by 1 min each time. |

problem solved. must connect the USB directly to the com's USB hub instead of the secondary USB in front of the PC ones. not enough power to transfer data.
