may i ask, sensitizer is used for wat? Once the image burned on the silk screen, will we able to clean off the burned image and use another image to burn on the silkscreen?

the sanitizer is used to mix with the photo emulsion, its has a specific ration to mix. There are also premix emulsion that dun need to mix with sanitizer.

Once the image burn on the silkscreen, we able to clean up by shooting via water compressor or traditional method to use clorox bleach.

Hope this help.

Not sure with the ratio , but you need to mix it until its turqoise in color.

the ratio for sanitizer and a bottle of emulsion is like, a bottle of sanitizer for a bottle of emulsion.

For small amount of mixture u just agak2 until the color become purple-grey-brown.

So careful, once mixed, they are very sensitive to light, dont exposed the mixture to open light source.

Yes I use both metal ruler and squeegee , you can get squeegee in any kedai runcit , ace hardware store and giant.

The desk lamp technique is not very good unless it's super super bright ( or just do this in a dark room , and yes it does make a big difference i just dont know how to explain why tongue.gif hehehe) just make sure you have a piece of glass on top of it.

Good luck ! rclxms.gif

any fabric paint is okay , I used rubber paint so it'll last longer but a bucket of rubber paint would cost too much for a small project.
I use fabric paint before , it'll last quite awhile if you apply properly. tongue.gif

rubber paint only comes in buckets? sweat.gif
where to get rubber paint? how much does a bucket cost?
am actually thinking of starting a small home based t-shirt business, already have a few designs
decided that if i can print it myself then i wouldnt have to bother with dealing with printers nod.gif
what paint do you recommend? would prefer something that lasts long is durable and doesnt produce any weird smells once the t-shirt make contact with sweat tongue.gif
(have had some experience with new custom t-shirts that smell funky when designs makes contact with sweat)
