A message from the Fees Unit

"Simple and hassle free" and "easier and fast" are just some of the
comments made in a recent survey of Monash University's international
students who have used the Custom House Student Pay facility.

As Monash's preferred method of payment for student fees paid from
overseas, the Student Pay facility enables you to initiate and track your
payment online, while ensuring Monash can quickly identify the payment and
match it to your student fees account.

For semester 2, 2009 -- Custom House is offering all international students
enrolled at Monash a $100 AUD credit on their Monash University student
fees account.

To receive the reward from Custom House you will need to:

1. Pay your tuition fees in full by the due date of July 10th and
2. Finalise the transfer of funds (either online or in person at your
local bank) to the Custom House account within 48 hours of completing the
order through the Custom House Student Pay facility

Note: StudentPay can only be used for transactions from overseas and
cannot be used with Australian Bank accounts.

This Custom House offer is valid for Semester 2, 2009 fee payments and
only one credit will be provided per student.

Student accounts at Monash will be credited the $100 by Custom House at
the end of July 2009. You can apply the credit to your next semester's
fees at Monash (no action required on your part), or in August you may
apply to Monash for the $100 in your student account as a refund.

How do I access and pay by the Custom House Student Pay facility?

Go to http://www.monash.edu.au/fees/payment/custom-house.html for
instructions and a link to the StudentPay gateway. Have your banking
information and Monash Student ID ready.
