Hey guys,
I'm a new Celcom Post paid user. Previously I was using Maxis and I potted my number to Celcom... Damn, there's too much hassle. I had to call both operators everyday to check the status of the MNP.... and finally my number was officially Celcom on the 24/06/09. I immediately change my sim from Maxis to Celcom as per the instruction in the SMS. (After 3 weeks of registration at Celcom Branch in Miri, Sarawak, phew!)..
Now, I'm encountering another problem... after I change my sim to Celcom, I immediately call Celcom Kline (1111) to confirm on my Unlimited Broadband status.. The operator confirmed that my broadband was active. So, I tried my broadband and it was fantastic....till today, I have the urge to check my bill and surprisingly after using Celcom for 4 days, my bill was RM546!!!!!!!...OMG........... So I called Celcom Kline and the operator confirmed that my broadband was not activated yet and I have been using my pay per use GPRS/3G for the whole 3-4 days....... !!!!!!!! This sux!!!!!!! Now I have to pay that big amount of money for a Celcom 50 plan + RM68 broadband package.....
I am going to the Celcom center tomorrow to clear things up and I AM NOT GOING TO PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKES!!!!!!..
So guys, just watch out. Never trust these stupid operators....

the first i heard its rm25, after goin thru the web it is rm25, today i went to lowyat to get the starter sim card as i would only need wifi connection for only a week while im outstation, to my surprise the first person i asked bout it offering rm45 for it, then i was like wat da heck? i go to other person probbally from the same shop, said there not much stock left, he offering me another price now its rm38... doh
oh well i hav time to spare so i went up another floor, saw a booth wit a banner of celcom broadband prepaid rm25, i asked this 3rd guy i would i to hav that one, this guy said the price is rm30 n i ll get rm20 credit.. i asked so wat wit the price on the banner? he said that just the promotion price... oh so now after the promotion theres 3 prices lol

Hi guys.
I've just bought a CBP yesterday and subsribed to their weekly package. After much frustration in getting the settings for my phone, i could connect to the net finally. But the problem is, it is sooooo unstable that it'll disconnect every 2-3 minutes. Then i would have to connect it again.
Furthermore, i realised that when im idle for a couple of minutes, there will be no connection at all and i would have to reconnect to get some connection again. This is really bad.
BTW, im using a Sony Ericsson K800i as my modem connected to my laptop. Any suggestions?
