if u were on JB series engine u dont have distributor. u're were likely COP system. (coil on plug) something like kelisa engine though.

electronic use skru on the cap while normal distributor use clips.

and at coil@firewall there... normal one got like 2 extra white terminal. while electronic one already bypass the terminal.

efficiency comes when u dont have to regularly change the cap. hahaha. but once the problem come. change the whole distributor.

the only way to have a confirmation on that engine is too look at the block itself it shud have "ED" letter stamping on the block.

no problem going up genting but with aircond turn off... haha... even turbo... the earlier 4k rpm is a bit lag during hill climb...
