as i expected, that's why when some of us when they update to the OS3 GM they cant use the tethering and mms, it is because carrier setting will be need to enable all of those. and since OS3 will come out next week. those from maxis will surely get the setting from maxis but how about other telco,http://www.engadget.com/2009/06/12/mms-and...gs-running-3-0/]SOURCE[/URL]
if there is no carrier setting provide for them, it means that they can't use tethering and mms?
