By size and symmetry. Not just that, also conditioning. You may have 21 inch arm but because it is just mainly fat no point. Muscle separation is also another factor, if arm have 5 different muscle and you can show it does than you'll be in a very very good condition. Thickness, I hope you know what does that mean

Arm has 5 different muscle? You mean the various bicep and tricep muscle lines?
Do explain more. There was once, that Ronnie Coleman had a bicep tear or lat tear or something. They were showing the comparisons and to my eyes, they look EXACTLY the same. I kept blinking my eyes thinking that I'd eventually see a difference, but I couldn't.

yo yo yo ppl. thx for the compliments man. i was placed 1st for junior above 70kg category and 2nd for the open lightheavyweight category. 6 months of gruelling hard training and all. was a tough journey. but it was certainly worth it. credits to terry for guiding me all the way. anyway, kamarul, tough luck dude. it was a close call for you dude. nvm, still got mr selangor. ill definitely be there bcos another friend of mine also competing.
