dude, seriously, competing isnt as easy as it sounds. lol. i would say that contest prep is so far, by far, the most torturous thing i have ever done. when ppl say that something is hard, i will tell them nothing is hard until you've tried preparing for a competition.

yeah, you can check out alot of articles in bodybuilding.com under teen bodybuilding and contest prep. also, if you've got sick wheels, its definitely a big advantage. being super ripped would also give you the upperhand.

QUOTE(diablokun @ Jul 31 2009, 01:41 AM) what i can say is that no matter how lean you are, on competition day, you will only be about 70% of your size after cutting water and carbo and sodium loading. trust me man. see how big i am off season and when i am up there. TOTAL DIFFERENCE BRO! you gotta give 10-15 kilos difference when off season and on comp ready condition. off season doesnt mean fat but still can see shades of abs. competitive bodybuilding is a mixture or science and art put together in the same jar. lol. |

QUOTE(diablokun @ Aug 1 2009, 11:51 PM) wah. that one still long way to go la. that means ill be going against my own sifu edi. cannot cannot. at least, not yet.QUOTE(John91 @ Aug 1 2009, 11:58 PM) You guys talk of gaining 10kgs on and off season just like that lol. Freakin diet gotta be damn strict and monotonous. hahahahah. of course, man. the diet like part of the routine already man. eating is like a reflex movement dialed into the nerves already hahahaha.QUOTE(-Dan @ Aug 2 2009, 12:30 AM) can la. i also enjoy my food. but when you restrict yourself from 'those' food for so long and then you eat them, you will really appreciate it and enjoy the food. haha. the feeling's different. |
