of course they do. i competed in it dude, for the last Mr Kuala Lumpur 2009. Its 21 yrs and below. they divide it into two weight classes. below 70kg and above 70kg

F**k I missed it. Lol. I wanna try a hand at competing. Maybe next year, cuz now only 76kg, sure damn small.

dude, seriously, competing isnt as easy as it sounds. lol. i would say that contest prep is so far, by far, the most torturous thing i have ever done. when ppl say that something is hard, i will tell them nothing is hard until you've tried preparing for a competition.

Mind pming me a few good articles on it? There is so much to learn. But then again you don't expect competitors under 21 to go THAT strict right... Due to financial constraint and other reasons.

yeah, you can check out alot of articles in bodybuilding.com under teen bodybuilding and contest prep. also, if you've got sick wheels, its definitely a big advantage. being super ripped would also give you the upperhand.
