Hey this is outdoor modem, they change mine too...previously having problem with the weak signal using the normal black modem.And the normal modem showing green LED, even the RSSI ~ -75 and CINR ~ 11, which their engineer claim its very weak when come to my house and check before replace with outdoor modem.
