I should clarify a bit over same thing happening, what I meant is that currently the stock is currently sitting in Hasbro's warehouse because nobody is taking it since they still have the first wave to clear, the Pit Commando wave has been coming out very sparingly and I suspect there's a fair bit sitting in the warehouse. The danger is that Hasbro may choose to put on hold bringing in later waves because of this and that the stuff in the warehouse might be down the line clearenced without us knowing.

The danger is that if it goes clearence, Hasbro may clear through obscure channels, at places most of us don't go to or at a time we are unaware of it, a lot of Valor vs Venom stuff were clearenced through booth/stall sales, warehouse sales (may not be even Hasbro warehouse sales), selected speciality shops and Carrefour which carried them in obscure store locations, I obtained some of the mini vehicles which were clearenced only in Carrefour Sri Petaling because my friend lived in that area and found them there, they were not put anywhere else, same thing for my Thunderwing jet, only Carrefour Alamanda had them. ByanRyan was the only store having the Defense Mech to sell, a year back, Sogo had a whole stack of GI Joe Vs Cobra vehicles (hiss tank and Skysweeper (the now repainted Cobra Hydra) but were selling them at normal price (89.90).

Very sad case indeed, I might as well order straight from online toyseller like BBTS.

Give it a month or so and we can probably tell how things are going, at the moment we are I think about 1 wave or 2 behind the US, moment we start being 3 waves behind, that's a sure sign things are not looking good

The problem with local distribution is that they bring in too many stocks. Maybe the Chinaman style bring in more to get cheaper price.

Looking at the Transformers, way too much...

I think it's not evenly stocked items (on purpose?) .... many times, some item is one per carton. That item becomes rare, compared to rest of carton

Not really, most joe figures are packed two to a case of 12 figures, you can find the case breakdowns easily on websites that sell figures by the cases. Most of the problems lie with limited/poor distribution, possibility of modified cases and scalpers.

I bet the chinaman's relative who happens to open a starwar shop probably took most of the nice figures out. Well, welcome to Malaysia.

as usual,Hasbro tends to include several figures from the previous wave into the newer one and for revision cases ,one to two figures from earlier waves are included .now that ROC is following SW packing ratio of 12 per case, there will be only 5 to 6 new figures ,with the balance being repeats .i still wish for a case of 8 figs as opposed to 12.

I've seen the Parkson toys dept. in KLCC and Sg. Wang carrying it as well as the TRU branch in Parkson Pavillion. So I guess it'd be the same for Parkson elsewhere.

Parkson carries it, for some reason, only the Pavilion parkson toy dept is subcontracted to TRU
