Oh, today's haul and mind you, i got this from someone else, this is not out in retail yet

NIGHT ADDER



Night Adder comes along with his rottweiler security dog, a spiked dog collar with chain leash, a shotgun, a handgun, a combat knife and a vest. I didn't like the handgun though, it doesn't have a trigger and even hands have problems holding combat knife. The vest is meh. There's no place to put the knife and the handgun



Strange that he comes with a lot of ammo bullets but no shotgun shells







Main selling point of the figure? He's black, he's tall, he's muscular and he's covered with gang tattoos!

Thank god that his tattoos isn't painted in blue as i originally saw in Hisstank forums

I touched up on the Crimson Neo Viper's machetes with silver and let Night Adder hold em, looks better than a combat knife. I preffered him without the vest though, he looks more badass than he is with the vest.



I have to use the flash to show the tattoos, otherwise, as everyone noticed from the previous images, the tattoos are black and with the skin tone, you can't hardly see anything in the images.



His back have the word "Springfield" on em, his left arm has the Cobra logo



You might not see it properly due to my bad camera work, but on his guts? Its written "Cobra LA", as in Cobra la in the G.I.JOE Movie Cartoon

man,the Adder sure looks like some beefed up punk.sure looks better without the vest..might get one after all for a 'Noks custom.

Top star Lee Byeong-Heon is in the new Hollywood film, "G.I. Joe 2"!

He will be starting the filming by the end of this year and has been contracted for the 3rd sequel, also!

BTW, I much much prefer his unmasked version, hence I bought PP version of Storm Shadow.

I decidedly wanted to post more pictures but this time, with more clearer images

I found out that the body for the Night Adder is a totally new mold (except for the head of course), and it belongs to the Resolute Road Block (including the vest). That explains the out of place ammo on the vest. But otherwise, this paint job for Night Adder is excellent.



I also measured the height with my current Cobra figures, it seems that Night Adder is tallest among all of them. Even Copperhead can't even beat his height, and Copperhead is the tallest before Night Adder came along






I decidedly wanted to post some "scenes" with Duke here, where Night Adder beats the crap out of Duke

Unfortunately not. They bought them into Malaysia years ago and because they were like mechs, even non-joe fans snapped them up, Byanryan cleared the last lot of them that time, I wish I'ed bought more but at that time cash was short. Funny enough, despite the spytroops and early valor vs venom line being bought in here, I see very little on the local secondary market, guess people really bought them as toys or they were bought by collectors who aren't letting go of them

well,i remembered TRU didnt have them..only VvV figs which were sold for RM9.90 each and Spytroops 2 packs .really wanted DM back then coz it looked awesome. congrats to u both ,bros dzirhan and momo for owning this awesome figure.

TRU didn't have them because from what I gathered this is what occurred; after taking an initial large stock of joes, none of the dept stores or TRU were keen to take more as they had not yet sold what they had and Hasbro had the later Valor vs Venom stuff sitting in the warehouse and they then decided to pull the plug on bringing in joes, the stuff in the warehouse, which included the defence mech, some other small vehicles, the Thunderwing Jet and Patriot Grizzly tank were cleared off through warehouse sales, selected speciality stores and Carrefour which resulted in those collecting joes missing out on some of these stuff.
The same thing is currently happening, I see most of the Pit dio displays all have the Singer Jeep, Flak cannon and red colour Claw vehicle being used in them when they never even showed up on the mainstream shelves here.
