yes there is a version of Arctic SE,coming out .possibly on early next year..also Duke in arctic outfit is simply awesome..check out the pic below for SE.

as for height comparison,there are no differences..except for small minority like Tunnel Rat who is shorter than the other 25th and ROC figs.

both seasons of Sigma 6 is unexpectedly quite nice.HD and Tunnel Rat provide all the humor..both Stone and Firefly are cool and i was hoping for a longer fight scene between them..

i missed out on Sigma 6 figures..wave 1 SE is perhaps the awesomest figure in that line..not forgetiing the Hovercycle and RHINO..

finally finished my custom on Hellboy's Officer Kroenen after delaying for about 3 weeks.this is my second take on the figure as i had customed him back in February .

yes,bcoz Joes dont have waist articulation unlike SW.i use Games Workshop paints..want to get Testors but cant find it in Penang.

yes..this is just the prelude to GI Joe...hence the sub title Rise Of Cobra.the next one will have CC as main villain..but in the comics,he was a car salesman before starting CObra organisation.

just returned from toy-hunting..TRU has Target Exclusive Wave 1 selling at RM49.90 each!!!!and i was paying RM80 each few weeks back at local toy shops...so now's the time to stock up on Eels with Wave Crusher..
i went to 2 TRU outlets and each one had only 2 Eels on display.also,Wave 2/3 is very limited..only 1 each of Cover GIrl,HD RA and Deep 6 available...i saw about 2 SS and CC ..no DA Scarlett or Ice Viper tho...also only 1 outlet has Ice Dagger (2 available).

here's the review and pics on Ice Dagger..this bad boy is a definite buy at RM119.90.i was expecting it to be around RM150-200.haven't apply stickers on the vehicle but will probably get that done tomorrow.
so here we go with the review.

Packaging
-------------

beginning ROC line,the vehicles are packed in a more eye-catching way.the flaps are designed in a cool way.

here's the contents inside the box.
stickers and instruction sheet are included with a plastic bag storing the missiles, a gun (to be attached above the canopy) and radar dish and antenna.
Frostbite comes without any weapons or accesories..cmon Hasbro ,at least give the guy a sidearm or a knife.


The Dagger
-------------

here's a pic of the vehicle's bottom .there are 3 mini wheels and you can roll the vehicle forward and backward.pretty standard stuff.the treads are not movable,same with the HISS tank.



the vehicle in "battle mode".
push a button on the rear and the two side panels flip open, thus allowing the top mounted gun station to spring into action .


the front skis can rotate left and right plus downward (but not all the way).it can't go upwards though.

the Dagger is place side by side with VAMP and HISS tank.without a doubt ,our bad boy is the winner in terms of size.


the gunner station is where the 4 missiles are located .adjacent to the radar ,there are 2 buttons when pressed, fires two missiles on each side.



Storage Capacity
--------------------

now here's where this vehicle is most awesome. with space for 8 figures ,i believe this has to be the largest capacity vehicle for the price range .



there are pegs above the treads although you have to bent the figure's leg sideaways ,which is absurd.



poor Stalker has to cramp inside the back compartment .

i thought KL TRUs should have more stock in hand compare to PG..here,it's a matter of who gets there first coz limited quantities available..

more haul for today..finally scored my DA Scarlett.interestingly,there's not even 1 ROC Wave 1 SE and SS on the pegs.non Joe collectors are likely to sapu them all.same goes for HOH Commando SE..let's not talk about the Wave 1 SE as that was sold out immediately upon arrival.

no sign of PP SE at any TRU outlet in PG.

bro Sadistic, what's the size of that awesome Cobra patch?is it the same as TF that's on sale at TRU?

also,anybody bought SDCC 1/6 Baroness?

a friend told me one of the shops in PG is selling but the pricing is over rm300..not worth getting coz the HS is still ugly..

so you plan on getting more than 1 patch?
on a side note,the price for Sideshow SE has been jacked up to over rm600..

yes Cobra trooper comes with decent amount of accesories. btw,his facemask is not removable,is it?

anybody getting sideshow CC?there's also a throne chair just for him.but those 1/6 really expensive la..first SE,then SS,CC,Cobra trooper and coming soon ,DUke.fuh!then there's SE with Timber and dio scene.the other alternative is Hasbro's own 1/6..now those are cheap but i hate the molded on shirts.

i am running low on ammo so gonna stick with the 3 3/4 scale.

here's my fix for ROC Baroness's HS.i agree Sienna ,you deserve better than what Hasblow did.

its a good thing i already have 9 of the Modern Era Para Vipers ..no need to rush and worry about the black version..but as usual,will grab any that i will come across..

ya it is expensive for troop builders like myself but for others who only want selected figures,the damage to your wallet not that teruk..

anyway,i foresee that ROC release from now till next year will carry a price tag of RM39.90...hopefully the price wont increase. it appears that Hasbro wants to standardise the pricing for its 3-4 inch line (eg.SW,X-Men Origins,Marvel Universe) ..

good to know you are still into Joes..if Hasbro releases every JOe figure within 2 month period ,for ex. then not every Joe collector has the moolah to sustain their purchases.i need a breather after spending so much on ROC..

here's my collection of Wraiths..got 1 more not pictured coz i couldnt find him..when i first saw his appearance in Image comic series,my first thought was how amazing his action figure will be like.this guy is just awesome.there's a blue variant but i couldn't find him..

bro Sadistic,there's two solution to the elbow restriction issue..completely cut off both ends of the wires or just the end that joins to the upper elbows.



and here's Wraith marking his debut in the comics.beginning that issue,there's 4-5 pages dedicated to telling Wraith's origin.i think he was offed by Snake Eyes in America's Elite..not sure which issue tho coz i stopped buying after issue 10.
