more haul for today from local toy shop..
had to buy a whole case of 12 figs,something i havent done since wave 13.
also arrived Dragonhawk and Crimson Hydra (sold in set of 2) ,Snarler,Mantis,Mole Pod and Air Raid (sold in set of 4,grrr..since i only wanted 2 of them) and C1 W2 Rev 1.

anyway,the good stuff from today's spending are i scored Pit COmmando and Flash,got 5% discount plus that awesome poster..too bad the owner wont give me more than one..

same here.i pay cash for all my toy purchases..Credit is just gonna tempt me to buy more..

got quite a number of 25th figures available at ebay, but the price can be higher.

my latest custom.i wanted a more ninja based and less commando look for Snake Eyes..the HOH version was close to perfect but those "clamps" around his ankles ruined it.

i've never popped the torso off as it's glued tight.there's one way using a sock and pliers as mentioned on Hisstank.com.or you can try using a sharp tool (ex, knife) on the sides of the torso.kinda complicated as you risk ruining the figure plus cutting yourself in the process.
i missed the back screw used on ARAH figures where you can easily swap heads,arms and torso.

here's the recipe for SE.i like this SE as he looks more like his comic versions,less bulk but still deadly.
-head is from HOH SE ,repainted.
-bandolier from HOH SE,also repainted.
-upper body from ROC SE W1
-legs from ROC Deep Six (you can also use ROC Eel or 25th Torpedo since its the same design)
-belt is from ROC Shipwreck,modified.
-the knife holster on the back of the belt is from Cobra 5 pack Zartan.
-the hip knife holster was hollowed so the knife can slot deeper,else it will restrict movement.

hmm,seems to be missing..maybe overwritten by another post..anyway here it is..its not released yet..i think the Viper pack is meant for 2010 release .i suppose so is the BATS pack.

i really want VIpers with removable helmet,and was hoping all 5 has that feature but only Mercer gets that treatment..yeah,Reaper seems that the BAT officer does come with a different atachment.

when the second GI Joe and Cobra 5 pack came out this year,Malaysia got it much earlier than many of US states..they only got it 2-3 weeks after i got mine.

so its good that sometimes Hasbro Malaysia do distribute some stuffs to toy shops earlier than the States.

Reaper,i would definitely grab SAW and Toxo if they do come out..memories of younger days.
the issue which featured SAW Viper the maniac offing several top Joe operatives was truly shocking..
and then,few issue later,the whole BF 2000 also got decimated.not forgetting Sneak-Peek's death in the same issue.

oh ,as for Mercer,the HS is from Hawk..kinda lame from Hasbro.

Toxo is pretty awesome...removable helmet ,backpack and cool looking gun.i think mine is still at my hometown,somewhere..heh.

i agree V2 Toxo kinda sux..remember Eco Warriors?Cesspool was the only one i got since he has cool armor...i think each Eco has some kinda of gimmick when placed in fridge,rite?i dont quite remember.

Reaper,yeah i remember those sound effect gimmick..didnt get them coz the pricing per figure was over rm10 by that time.as a teen,that was just over my budget.

i need to confirm something..only Tesco carries ROC rite?not Tesco Extra.i check Extra in PG but nada on ROC.
