where are my stars???

i'm very pleased with sappy 4890..
idle temp is 58C and load 76C, and surprisingly .. its not that noisy.. compared to my chassis fans even on load

I set my Sapphire HD4890 fan to 35%. Idle 50'C - 51'C ....load 70-75'c

there's one possibilities it could be the clock is downclocked to even lower from stock or back to stock due to some reason -- unknown
