D stands for digital, G stands for Gold, G lens is premium grade compared to D lens.

Correction ... "D" lens is a lense has an distance encoder function for ADI to work with.

The "DT" lens is the Digital Technology is the 1 that optimize for digital camera (aps-c)

ehh, the F42 seem less power, follow by f58 lose to f56 hmm.gif

actually, the background (mosaic) become totally white is a good thing or bad thing in this test (f42 vs f56 vs f58) ?

my point is, (i guess this test performed at bright place) the f56 too power until the mosaic become purely white... if used this f56 at night, then it could be deliver the performance right compare to f58?
