THERE ONLY 2 HOUSES IN MY ROW OCCUPIED NOW.. SUNYI!!! MOVE IN PLEASSEEE!.. who's shifting this weekend please stand up! Bro, dengar macam menarik je suasana di kediaman baru... Tapi mmg betul pun kalo selagi org tak ramai yg pindah, selagi tulah kita jadi sengal sikit. Itu hari saya ada jg singgah tengok rumah saya dan ada juga jeling2 sebelah (tengok rumah you). Ingat nak datang menziarah tapi bila tengok you busy, terpaksalah di tunda dulu.. Maybe next time I come and see you. Boleh ke visit rumah bro? Hi there,
I'm just back from the meeting just now. Well done to all the committee members for making this happen. We would all be in the dark if it wasnt for you guys. Anyway, back to the LAD claim. I understand the calculation part and all. But I still dont quite get what should be done first. Should I fill in Form 1 as mention in the book we bought just now and file for a case with the Tribunal or should we write a complaint letter to the developer to demand for it? Please advise. Just now I came back from the meeting.
After meeting I went to ask the renovation contractor, they said now MPS and developer didn't allow us to build the wall at kitchen area. So this is the major problem we are facing. If this issue is true, that means we cannot renovate the kitchen area and can't move in. I hope the committee members group look into this issue and treat this as urgent case because this will greatly affect our renovation work to be carried out in our house. |

Hi guys,
I'm new here. Got to know about this forum from yesterday meeting. A good one, I must say. Before this, I don't know about the problem on this VP issue. I was in Dubai since 2008 and just came back in August 2009. I went to the developer and paid the misc and got the keys. After the meeting only that I realize that the developer actually late on delivering the house. I did not claim any LAD and I intend to claim it now. But I've already move in since early sept and I really need to know whether I still can claim it. My SnP were sign on 04th Jan 2006 and the VP date was 02nd Jan 2009. I took vacant of the house on 21st August 2009. I was given a copy of CF then. From the meeting, it was said that the borang E where submitted only in July. That mean it should be more or less 6 month of LAD. Please help me on this. I don't know what to do. I didn't write any letter to the developer yet. Thank you. I am an owner of Phase 1, Level 4.
Overall, ok for me. At least, my house is completed. Submitted defect work for the 2nd time. Would like to know whether any owner go to MPS to apply for any renovation work and successfully get approval? What are the procedure? So that, I am well prepare when I visit MPS office. Thought of closing the door and window at the kitchen area with brick, so that I would have a bigger kitchen. As I know, townhouse is like condominium. We are not allow to change the structure of the building. Correct me if I am wrong. That's why until today. Still have not hire any contractor for renovation. |

I'm new here. I am an owner of Phase 1, Level 4.
Yesterday meeting really very exicting & "fruitful" to AmanSiara's owner. Thanks again to Pro-term Committee. May i know how fast the developer "entertain" our defect claims once we submitted? Anybody can help me???? The master bed room and sink at the kitchen still no water supply. Yesterday, went to clean up until the water tank is "Zero". |

From the look of it , phase 3 also shouldn't be very far away. The best way to find out would be calling the developer office directly and ask. Now its time to cleanup the poison only , and of course.... remove the fangs from the snake so it will never bite others again. ------------------------------------------------------ My thoughts on yesterday meeting: 1) Support given are well above expectations. We were looking at 600++ or more residents coming in the give support. even the elderly. 2) Very well planned... PA system, canopies, registration .. its like a carnival minus the food 3) Proceedings. I am pretty pessimistic regarding the outcome of these 2 issues below. This is because the developer representative REPEATED the same thing at the meeting few months ago (in councillor office) when questioned about them. He didn't even change his wordings much. Looks like during the last few months, he didn't bother to follow or at least furnish additional information/progress - visitor parking : "Still working things out with TNB/use its land". Few months can get alot of things done or at least let us know the progress. - flyover: "under con. middle of the next year done". The progress of the flyover is almost ZERO since the first meeting few months ago. He could at least clarify WHY or anything wrong with the soil. All he said was some tricky issue involving the fibre optics in the area. From what I observe, dev. representative came to the meeting EMPTY HANDED (correct me if I'm wrong). Not even some papers/documents to proof they're working on fixing the problems. Anyway, I'm just happy to see my future neighbours there. You guys are great. Ok.. below are some pics from yesterday. I am forced to move in this year. I did not expect my current house to be sold within 2 weeks of putting up the "for sale" sign. Yes it was a great meeting, but I don't think we received any ABSOLUTE answers to all the questions. But one thing for sure is, we have the backings of the YB and HBA. The Protem committee has done a great job. The turnout yesterday was amazing. I hope this 1Amansiara attitude can be carried forward and enhanced further when the JMB is formed. In a community like this, the worst is to have uncooperative residents who: 1. Don't pay maintenance fee 2. Park indiscriminately 3. Do not manage rubbish well 4. Misuse/abuse common areas 5. Drive inconsiderately I hope 1Amansiara can be a reality. |
