I'm new here. Got to know about this forum from yesterday meeting. A good one, I must say. Before this, I don't know about the problem on this VP issue. I was in Dubai since 2008 and just came back in August 2009. I went to the developer and paid the misc and got the keys. After the meeting only that I realize that the developer actually late on delivering the house. I did not claim any LAD and I intend to claim it now. But I've already move in since early sept and I really need to know whether I still can claim it. My SnP were sign on 04th Jan 2006 and the VP date was 02nd Jan 2009. I took vacant of the house on 21st August 2009. I was given a copy of CF then. From the meeting, it was said that the borang E where submitted only in July. That mean it should be more or less 6 month of LAD. Please help me on this. I don't know what to do. I didn't write any letter to the developer yet. Thank you.
